Basic education sector development program

The Basic Education Sector Development Program (BESDP) in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) provides significant benefits to students by increasing access to lower secondary (LS) schools in 6 target provinces of Champasak, Attapeu, Bokeo, Savannakhet, Khammuane, and Luang Namtha, improving the quality of the basic education system, and strengthening the capacity for effective education planning and management.
