Guideline on the preparation of performance reports of​ Municipality administration 2023

The preparation of the report of the municipality Administration has the following objectives: -Record the progress and achievements that the municipality Administration has achieved in a specific time to strengthen the implementation of the roles and responsibilities of the municipality Administration. -Identify the challenges that arise in relation to the implementation of the roles and responsibilities of themunicipality Administration in order to make suggestions and guidance in addressing those challenges, as well as to set the direction for implementation in a specific time frame. -Disseminate to the public the progress and achievements that the municipality Administration has achieved within a specific time frame in order to strengthen the accountability of the municipality Administration to the people.
