Improve the efficiency of ODA use

The article is posted on the Ministry of Finance's Web Portal, analyzes the current status and points out the limitations in disbursement, management and use of ODA in Vietnam. The author also proposed some solutions to local ministries, agencies, state management agencies, project owners and donors to improve efficiency in attracting funds as well as improving the efficiency of disbursement and efficiency of ODA use and foreign investment.
