Memorandum of understanding on improving industrial relations in the garment industry (2010)

This is an agreement by parties representing workers and employers in Cambodia to promote and improve harmonious industrial relations in the garment industry, signed 28 September 2010. The agreement covers, on the side of employers, current and future members of the Garments Manufacturers Association of Cambodia. On the side of unions it covers the unions, federations and confederations that have signed, as well as current and future affiliates at the federation and enterprise level.
