This report presents many achievements that the Royal Government of Cambodia has achieved based on the Rectangular Strategy Phase 4, which focuses on accelerating reform, deeper governance, better governance, a stronger and more conducive environment for the implementation of the overall strategy, greater prioritization of human resource development, promoting stronger economic diversification, implementing digital socio-economic policies, promoting private sector and employment development, and sustainable and inclusive development under the cool shade of peace.
