This​ law​ aims​ to​ establish​ an​ open,​ transparent,​ predictable​ legal​ framework​ that​ is​ favorable​ for​ investment​ to​ attract​ and​ promote​ investment​ by​ Cambodian​ or​ foreign​ entities​ with​ quality,​ efficiency​ and​ effectiveness​ aimed​ at​ socio-economic​ development​ in​ the​ Kingdom​ of​ Cambodia.
