Cutting 5,197.50 ha in Chup Romdeng village of Kanthout commune in Svay Leu district of Siem Reap province: 3,132.60 ha from Forest Concession of TPP, and 2,064.90 ha from ELC of Excel Castor Plantation Co., Ltd; Reclassifying 4,762.80 ha as state private land for donating to 1,530 families; Reserving 434.70 ha for community forest; and Granting ownership to 2,052 private land parcels.
