The Cambodian Human Rights and Development Association (ADHOC), the Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR), and the Solidarity Center have collaborated and released the 2023 report on fundamental freedoms in Cambodia, which provides a comprehensive overview of the exercise of freedom of association, freedom of expression, and freedom of assembly in the country between January 1 and December 31, 2023. The report draws from 262 media monitoring incidents, 371 incident reports, a poll of 1,005 citizens across 25 provinces, and a survey of 159 civil society and trade union leaders.
