Four Chinese nationals are behind bars over the deadly collapse of a seven-story under-construction building, Cambodia’s worst, in Sihanoukville two years ago. They are serving jail terms of between two and three years after being convicted by the Preah Sinhanouk Provincial court following the collapse which killed 28 people and injured 100 others.
