According to the award,​ 11 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the company pays a food allowance for overtime work once a week; 2) the company pays workers for unused annual leave as well as back pay for unused leave from previous years; 3) the company deduct 2000 riels each month from wages of union members as union dues; that the company stop union discrimination; 4) the company enforces laws and company policies fairly and equally; 5) the company installs more card scanner and opens the large gateway door for workers to avoid congestion which affects them being able to scan in on time; 6) the company takes measures against supervisors and team leaders who behave badly towards workers; 7) the company correctly implements rules when terminating workers due to misconduct; 8) the company prepares proper meals for workers at appropriate times; 9) the company ensures clean and hygienic food preparation; 10) the company makes sure that union dues are properly deducted from new union members, and 11) the company has no rights to remove workers from the union without the explicit consent of the worker themselves. The outcome of the arbitral award was that the employer was ordered to pay an overtime food allowance once a week. Regarding payment for unused annual leave, this was rejected, but the employer was ordered to help workers facilitate and encourage the use of their annual leave. The demand to install new card scanners was rejected. No orders or decisions were made regarding the other demands. This was a non-binding award.
