The outcome of the arbitral award was that most demands were refused, but the employer was ordered to pay wages and other benefits to workers when they have a medical letter from a private clinic and to transfer union dues to the union’s bank account. The employer was also ordered to check whether workers’ union appointments are real. This was a non-binding award.
