This law aims to set out the prevention, curbing, and crackdown of all kind of strong acid attempt and offenses causing damage on health and life of other persons.The scope of this law applies to all of the production, innovation, import, export, packaging, transportation, possession, distribution, buying, selling, storing, and using of all kind of strong acid that can cause damage on health and life of other persons in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
