This Prakas has an objective to manage publication of all news contents or written messages, audios, photos, videos, and/or others means intended to create turmoil leading to undermine national defense, national security, relation with other countries, national economy, public order, discrimination and national culture and tradition on website and social media by using internet in the Kingdom of Cambodia, following Sub-Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the Ministry of Information as well as law on Press.
