Cutting 2,351 hectares in Sen Chey village, Kon Tout commune in Svay Ler district of Siem Reap province: 657 ha from forest concession of TPP company; 1,694 ha from ELC of Excel Caster plantation; Reclassifying 2,173 ha as state private land for donating to 883 families; and Granting ownership to 1,023 private land parcels and Reserving 178 ha for forest community.
