Sub-decree no. 28 on the National Writers' Day

Referring to the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Fine Arts, the Royal Government has decided to issue a sub-decree designating December 7 of every year as the National Writers' Day of the Kingdom of Cambodia. This is for the purpose of enhancing the value and promoting literary works, contributing to education, fostering cultural and religious harmony, and improving understanding of literature, the arts, history, and science.
