ຈັດພິມໂດຍ: Open Development Laos

ບົດລາຍງານນີ້ ສະເໜີພາບລວມຂອງສະຖານະການ ແລະ ນະໂຍບາຍກ່ຽວກັບພື້ນຖານໂຄງລ່າງໃນ ສປປ ລາວ ແລະ ວິເຄາະບັນຫາພື້ນຖານຕ່າງໆ. ປະເທດລາວມີຄວາມຕ້ອງການບັນລຸເປົ້າໝາຍອັນສູງສົ່ງໃນການຫຼຸດພົ້ນຈາກສະຖານະປະເທດດ້ອຍພັດທະນາທີ່ສຸດ ພາຍໃນປີ 2020. ນອກຈາກນີ້, ໃນແຜນພັດທະນາເສດຖະກິດ-ສັງຄົມແຫ່ງຊາດ ເທື່ອທີເຈັດ (NSEDP 2011-2015), ລາວຍັງຕັ້ງເປົ້າໝາຍການຂະຫຍາຍຕົວໃຫ້ໄດ້ເກີນ 8 ສ່ວນຮ້ອຍ. ເພື່ອບັນລຸເປົ້າໝາຍເຫຼົ່ານີ້, ໜຶ່ງໃນຕົວຂັບເຄື່ອນຕົ້ນຕໍເພື່ອສະໜອງຄວາມຕ້ອງການດັ່ງກ່າວ ແມ່ນການຂະຫຍາຍການລົງທຶນໃນຂະແໜງພື້ນຖານໂຄງລ່າງ.
