Improving Land Administration in Vietnam (Draft Report)

This document is a report of a national LGAF study in Vietnam conducted by a team of experts supported by the World Bank and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The study aims to identify opportunities for south / south exchange learning to utilize experiences from other countries in dealing with issues in the land field and set standards and procedures for monitoring the progress of systematic land tenure improvement.
