The main aim of this study is to provide context and substance to the ongoing policy discussion within the Royal Government of Cambodia, and more broadly among Cambodia’s education sector stakeholders, on the need to increase instruction time in primary education schools, to improve student learning outcomes and strengthen the foundation of its general education program.
