According to the financial analysis, the development project proposes an estimated budget of 591 millions USD, while its estimated cost is 440 millions USD. The company will pay USD 80 000 per year and it will increase to USD 10 000 for every 5 years until the end of contract. The company will spend on the Koh Pos beach for the lease of USD 1,400 for the second and third year, and from the fourth year of the business phase, the company will pay USD 5,500 per year and will increase by 10% every 10 years.
