Law on the Organization and Functioning of the Supreme Council of Magistracy
The purpose of this law is to establish and determine the organization and functioning of the Supreme Council of Magistracy in order to assist the King in ensuring independence of judicial power in accordance with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
