This dataset was simply digitized from scanned PDF or images from the sub-decree; it was not obtained directly from the implementer agency or government. Data shall be update according to the sub-decrees in the publish domain. Yet, a few maps couldn't digitize by the sub decree didn't attach the coordinates and map. Therefore, this dataset will be updated accordingly.

Available data was collected by ODC from sub-decree. The data in pdf or image format was then transformed to SQLITE file by georeferencing, and digitizing. The data in SQLITE format then exported to DB_TABLE, and WMS that can download as KML, Shapefile and GeoJSON files.
