Joint operations management procedures for this project which are enacted under this sub-decree include: 1- Procedures for managing the operation of the project. Part 1: Policies and Procedures 2- Procedures for managing the operation of the project Part 2 on the guidelines, including: Guidelines for the identification and selection of project Guidelines on the basic development fund of the project Guidelines on state support for the project Guidelines on contract management 3- Procedures for managing the operation of the project, Part 3 on the project procurement management procedures.
