Cutting 882 ha in Bosthom village of Prormey commune in Tbeng Meanchey district of Preah Vihear province: 219.77 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 662.23 ha from ELC of Lan Feng (Cambodia) International Company Limited; Reclassifying 792.76 ha as state private land for donating to 266 families; and Reserving 89.24 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development.
