Cutting 1,776.27 ha of land in Phteuk Chrum village of Kantourt commune in Svay Leu district of Siem Reap province: 868.04 ha from ELC of BVB, 859.76 ha from ELC of Serey Mony, and 48.47 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; Reclassifying 1,590.31 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 368 families; Reserving 185.96 ha as communit forest; and Granting rights to 503 private land parcels.
