Civil Code of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam No. 33/2005 / QH11 dated 14 June 2005

The Civil Code stipulates the legal status and legal norms for the behavior of individuals, legal persons and other subjects; Rights and obligations of subjects of personal and property in civil, marriage and family relations, business, trade and labor (hereinafter referred collectively to as civil relations).

The Civil Code has the duty to protect the legitimate rights and interests of individuals and organizations, the interests of the State and the public interest; To ensure equality and legal security in civil relations, contributing to creating conditions to meet the material and spiritual needs of the people and boosting the socio-economic development.
