Community Forestry Act, B.E. 2562 (2019)

Reasons and necessity of restricting the rights and freedoms of persons under this Act are to encourage the community to cooperate with the government in managing natural resources in the community forest. Community participation will result in improving natural resources and biodiversity in a sustainable way. The enactment of this Act is in accordance with the conditions provided in Article 26 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.
