Decision on the 4th revision of the license document No. 086 LD to Electricity Saang Enterprise

Electricity Authority of Cambodia (EAC) issued license document no. 086 LD, dated on 09 February 2004, to Electricity Saang Enterprise for providing the electricity distribution and supply services to consumers in Northern Phsar Saang Town, Saang District, Kandal Province. Later on, the license has been revised for four times and the latest revision was on 24 April 2013, changing the name of licensee from Mr. Koeung Rithy to Electricity Saang Enterprise and increasing the license term to 15 years from 09 February 2011.
