Inter Ministerial Prakas on Setting Formulas for Editing on Retail Price of Gasoline in Cambodia

An inter-ministerial proclamation, or prakas, signed by Minister of Commerce Sun Chanthol, Minister of Economy and Finance Aun Porn Moniroth, and Minister of Mines and Energy Suy Sem on March 9, 2016 and obtained by Ministry of Commerce, aims to attribute of the formula for editing on retail gasoline prices in Cambodia according to the fluctuations of the international market. In the 5th clause stipulates that all retail gas station, who sell gasoline products categorized regular or premium, does not allow to sell at a price exceeding the price determined by the formula. In cases the stations those who do not comply with the provisions of the 5th Clause, there will be a fine of maximum 4 million Riel, or the station may have closed temporarily.
