Decision No. 1393/QD-TTg, issued by the Prime Minister, to approve the "National Strategy on Green Growth for period 2011-2020 and Vision to 2050". The overall objective of the Strategy: Green growth, moving towards a low carbon economy, enriching natural capital becomes a major trend in sustainable economic development; Reducing emissions and increasing greenhouse gas absorption is becoming a mandatory and important indicator of socio-economic development.
