This sub-decree aims to cut the land of 1831 hectares 01ares 08 centi-ares from forest cover 2002 and reclassify 1330 hectares 05 ares as state private land to grant ownership to the 461 families who occupy and use and keep the land area of 500 hectares 96 ares 08 centi-ares as state public land as well as grain land plot ownership in Kaing Chis Village, Sangkat Preah Bat Krong Stung Treng, Stung Treng Province.
