Sub-decree No. 105 on Cutting, Reclassifying and Reserving 3,776.81 hectares of National Park, Forest Cover and ELCs in Preah Sihanouk Province.

Cutting 3,776.81 ha in Prek Kranch, Beoung Rang and Tar Ang Thom villages of Samki communes in Prey Nup district of Preah Sihanouk province: 25.07 ha from Preah Monivon "Bokor" National Park, 1,720.77 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; 1,834.07 ha from ELC of Mong Reththy, and 196.896 ha from ELC of Y Seng Co., Ltd; Reclassifying 3,579.91 ha as state private land for donating to 1,106 families; Reserving the rest of the land as public state land.
