Sub-decree No. 142 on the modification of the area of Choeung Ek lake and canal located in Khan Meanchey and Khan Dangkao, Phnom Penh, and Ta Khmau town, Kandal province

Thirty hectares of land as defined in Sub-decree No. 124 on determining of the area of Choeung Ek lake and canal located in Khan Meanchey and Khan Dangkao, Phnom Penh, and Ta Khmau district, Kandal province was cut to state public property for reclassification as state private land to grant 10 hectares to the Ministry of Interior and 32 123 square meters to the Ministry of Land Management Urban Planning and Construction, 161,357 square meters to the previous 6 owners of the land and 6,520 square meters for public infrastructure construction.
