Cutting an area of 331 hectares, 75 acres and 39 centi-acres of land from the forest cover in 2002 and reclassifying it as state private land for collective ownership to the Jarai indigenous community in Sala Kak village, Bor Keo district, Rattanakiri Province. Provide collective ownership rights to the indigenous community of Jarai Sala village: 1 community has 50 families on a total of 38 land parcels, including 8 residential parcels and 30 agricultural parcel in Kak commune, Bor Keo district, Ratanakkiri province.
