Sub-Decree No. 259 aims to cut the land of ​​99 hectares, 71 ares, and 08 centi-ares from the Forest Cover 2002 and reclassify 65 hectares and 74 ares as the state private land for giving the ownership to 196 families who actually occupy, use, and depend on the land and keep 30 hectares, 97 ares, and 08 centi-ares as the state public land, as well as grant the right to the plot of land in Bachong Village, Sangkat Preah Bat, Stung Treng City, Stung Treng province.
