This sub-decree shows the land reclassification from state public property to state private property under the terms of signing a 50-year long-term lease for two (2) projects of Peam Krasop wildlife sanctuary in Kaoh Kapi​ commune, Kaoh Kong district, Kaoh Kong province of KOH MOUL ECO RESORT CO., LTD (KOH MOUL ECO RESORT CO., LTD) covering an area of 15.39 (fifteen hectares and thirty-nine ares).
