Cutting 142.17 ha in Sre Khtum village of Sre Khtum commune in Keo Seima district of Mondulkiri province: 5.61 ha from Mondulkiri-Kratie Diversity Conseration and Protected Forest, 19.08 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, 66.52 ha from ELC of Sovann Reachsey, 5.58 ha from ELC of Retthey Kiri Seima, and 45.38 ha from SLC program; Reclassifying or/and donating 139.12 ha to 78 families; Reserving 3.05 ha as state public land; and Granting ownership to 111 private land parcels, and 2 public land parcels.
