Cutting 433.30 ha in Chy Klup village of Sok San commune in Koh Nhek district of Mondulkiri province: 221.50 ha from Phnom Prech Wildlife Sanctuary, 87.14 ha from Mondulkiri Protected Forest, 101.57 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, 9.29 ha from ELC of K Sun company, and 13.80 ha from ELC of Touch Wood; Reclassifying 418.85 ha as state private land for donating to 77 families; Reserving 14.45 ha as state public land; and Granting ownership to 150 private land parcels and 1 public land parcel.
