This sub-decree aims to cut the cutting of 1986 hectares, 38A and 58 CA from the Forest Cover 2002 and 62 hectares 19A from the Biodiversity Conservation Corridor, Protected Area System and consolidation it as a state private land for the collective ownership of the Preav indigenous community in Chuy village, Taveng Leu commune, Taveng district, Ratanakkiri province, and gives ownership of the land to the Ratanakkiri Provincial Land Management Committee for management.
