Challenges on Local Community Economy in Special Economic Zones

This document briefly presents work plans of 10 areas of Special Economic Zones (SEZ), addressing key challenges and impacts from the past development. It suggests solutions addressing to the challenges by the development of creative economy and local grassroot economy, which helps improving the policy of SEZ for security, wealthy and sustainability of local community economy.
