This presentation showed feasibility study of Mekong sub-regions (Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam) countries, typically Cambodia province of Kratie and Rattanakiri. In addition, the presentation revealed the company expertise on mining exploration and it highlighted high feasible mining extraction in the provinces listed in the presentation. Besides, the company presented the rich-untouched natural resources particularly mines in north-east region of Cambodia. Besides, the largest tenement holder in Cambodia and the sites had never explored by modern equipment and techniques. The initial study work completed included granted title, airborne geophysics, and stream geochemistry, key targets ready for identification and follow-up in Ratanak Kiri & Kratie provinces. Besides, pro-forma capital structure had been revealed with its number of shares & value. They also presented board of management highlighted their major influence on business and nomination of newly appointed CEO, Mr. Stephen Promnitz.
