Report on constituency dialogues in Cambodia (2012)

The constituency dialogue is similar to that of a town hall meeting and anyone is welcome to attend. Moderated by experienced NDI staff, the forum opens the floor to between 250 and 1,000 community residents who raise questions and voice concerns directly to their constituency representatives, members of the National Assembly. From November 2011 to September 2012, NDI held 14 constituency dialogues in 8 provinces with multiparty representation in the National Assembly: Battambang, Kampong Cham, Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Speu, Kandal, Kampong Thom and Siem Reap.
