The project is also named Sun City Project and it is located at Plot No.1176, Na Goke Gyi Plot, Buu-lae-inn Village Tract, and Plot No. OSS.76 Kyay Taing Pyin, War-mayan Village Tract, Bago Township, Bago District, Bago Region. The total area of the project is 33.71 hectares and the estimated project cost is USD 23 million.
