This arbitral award is issued by the Arbitrator Council on the issue between Great Duke Hotel (employer) and the ​Workers' representatives in resolving collective labor disputes of Great Duke Hotel (employee). According to the award, 4 points are demanded by the employee side and are yet to be resolved including 1) the company pay damages for laid-off workers in lieu of prior notices; second, 2) the company pay financial compensation in lieu of remaining annual leave; third, 3) the company pay owed seniority indemnity; and 4) the company pay damages.
