The objective of this circular is to ensure food security and achieve the Royal Government's policy of promoting rice production and rice export, especially to ensure better outcomes in cultivation work according to the planned target. The units under the Ministry, all provincial/capital departments of agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, and local authorities must pay close attention to implementing the necessary and urgent measures as stated.
