Ratanakiri Provincial Administration, through the Department of Land Management, Urban Planning, Construction, and Cadastre of Ratanakiri Province, has registered communal land of the Kreung indigenous people, covering an area of 219.5495 hectares, located in Thuoy Tum village, Cha'ang commune, Ou Chum district, Ratanakiri province. It should also be noted that the Kreung indigenous communal land has been registered as collective ownership according to cadastral techniques and land administration law by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction, and is held by the Kreung indigenous community of Thuoy Tum village, Cha'ang commune, Ou Chum district.
