The Master Plan on Capacity Development in the Education Sector 2020-2024 is a roadmap and strategic direction for effective management, focusing on timely results, monitoring and reporting, achievements and feedback, accountable measures and mechanisms for policy improvement, strategies and programs at both the national and sub-national levels. This master plan focuses on capacity development in the education sector at the institutional, organizational, and individual levels to implement the Education Sector Strategic Plan 2019-2023 and the Cambodian Education Roadmap 2030 and priorities for successful education reform.
