Downloaded the PDF from the website (http://www.wmc.org.pl/sites/default/files/WMD2016.pdf); copied the relevant 2014 and 2016 data for Total (incl. Bauxite) and from the sections "6.1.8 Total Minerals Production 2014 and 2016, by Country: 6.1.8.1 by Production in metr. T" and "6.1.8.2 by Value in Million USD (not included Diamonds) " into an Excel spreadsheet.
