This proclamation authorizes ZHONG YONGXIN (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD., represented by Mr. YUAN, ZHENHUI, to establish a dry battery assembly factory (Metal plate, lead and plastic plate) located in the Ultra Power Special Economic Zone in O Neang Hing Village, Taing Kroch Commune, Samrong Tong District, Kampong Speu Province.
