This Prakas defines the classification of environmental impact assessments for development projects that require the preparation of a completed environmental impact assessment report, an initial environmental impact assessment report, or an environmental protection agreement to facilitate and provide guidance to development project owners in implementing the environmental impact assessment procedures for development projects effectively in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
