This strategic plan aims to increase the number of women in management positions at the sub-national administration level and create a friendly environment and favorable conditions for women in the workplace and in exercising their roles, duties, and potential in order to strengthen the decision-making of the sub-national administration, responding to the promotion of gender equality, inclusion, and social equity.
